Woke to rain this morning which was very heavy on the van. There were rivers everywhere & one river went right under the caravan awning in front of us 🤦♀️ My new mat was tested with the rain & I was very happy the rain just ran off!
By the time I was out the shower it had stopped 🥴 sun eventually came out but a little windy so no surfing today! Tony stayed back at van & did a few chores/repairs while Kaye & I went to Agnas Waters for some retail therapy. Some interesting change rooms & quite a few nice clothes shops!
We stopped for lunch & coffee today at a nice Cafe!
A bit more shopping & then drove to Agnas Waters beach for a look (found a nice Cafe for coffee tomorrow) & onto the Garden Cafe which we loved but has closed unfortunately! We heard the Op Shop was good here but it was closed today & open tomorrow so maybe we will have a look tomorrow. On our way home we drove up to the lookout & had a look, very windy & no surfers out today 🏄♀️🥴
Back to the van for a coffee ☕️ & ready to go to Kaye’s motor home for happy hour as it was a little windy for a fire tonight although there were still a lot sitting around them 🔥 had a FaceTime call from Rochelle & the boys while we were at Kaye’s - they love a chat & are quite characters on the phone 🤣
A different sunset tonight through Kaye’s windows - she has a lovely view from her motor home! After a bottle of champagne & nice nibbles we went home for left over chicken curry, blog, a read & finally an early night - hopefully 😆
