Maroochydore to Tullebudgera

Everything went to plan this morning & after saying goodbye to our neighbours we managed to leave at 9am.   Maroochydore was a little busy winding our way around the back streets until we drove onto the Bruce Motorway 😵‍💫 Traffic everywhere & lots trucks!

We thought that was bad until we hit the Pacific Motorway - 3 hours of driving on a 5 lane motorway doing 20-40 kmhs for 3 hours in a 110 kmh speed limit 😵‍💫 evidently this is normal 😱 too anxious to get a photo 😩

We were all glad to finally arrive at Tullebudgera 😊 settled into our camp & had a late lunch overlooking the beautiful Estuary.  Lots of school children doing water sports!

Tony & Dean went for a walk to check out the surf but there wasn’t much there so decided on a paddle around the Estuary.

 

Time for a wine watching the sun go down & decide on our meal for tonight!

Was a beautiful night to sit & have a few wines 🥂🍷

Cooked our meat tray we won in the raffle at Maroochydore & then headed over to a big screen in the caravan park to watch the Matilda’s play.   They were also giving out free popcorn 🍿  Unfortunately they lost!
